Nāda Yoga
Sound yoga using mantras, Sanskrit hymns, chanting meditation and sacred sound healing.
Nāda Dhyan Yogini Sadhana Yogalakshmi
Awakening through sound. Vedic mantras, Beej mantras and sacred music for inner transformation.
Sound vibration as a tool for inner awakening
Nyasaa Yoga is a subtle mix of Nāda Yoga, dynamic guided meditation and original music composed by Sadhana Yogalakshmi after 17 years of research and spiritual practice.
The word Nyasaa carries two resonances: Dnyan as wisdom and Saa as the first note of Indian music, and Nyasa as the Sanskrit practice of awakening divinity within the body through mantra. In this work, sound becomes a doorway to awareness, self-love, acceptance, forgiveness and Oneness.
The living framework
Sound yoga using mantras, Sanskrit hymns, chanting meditation and sacred sound healing.
Seed sounds charged with specific vibratory purpose, used to cleanse and awaken at subtle levels.
Self Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness leading to Oneness, the emotional core of Nyasaa work.
Practices for inner strength and harmonizing the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether.
Movement, guidance and visualization for active participation in transformation.
The lived experience of Oneness, replacing disconnection with belonging.
SAFTO framework
Nyasaa works at the emotional root of insecurity, stress and separation. The practice invites responsibility without heaviness, and transformation without self-rejection.
Restoring the inner flame that makes a person strong, beautiful and able to endure obstacles gracefully.
Entering the flow of life as a co-creator, where experiences become lessons instead of new stressors.
Allowing the river of life to move again, replacing bitterness with cooperation, peace and abundance.
I am responsible for my own actions and emotions. I love myself truly. I accept myself and others. I forgive myself and others. I radiate love, acceptance and forgiveness.

These observations are presented as wellness and biofield documentation, not medical diagnosis or clinical proof. Public research pages should include full methodology and citations before stronger claims are made.
A five-minute meditation in Sadhana Yogalakshmi’s voice was observed for changes in relaxation and biofield readings.
